摘　　要：目的探讨28例中药注射剂产生不良反应的原因,以指导临床上中药注射剂的合理使用。方法 2012年上报的中药注射剂不良反应的资料进行总结、整理、归纳和分析。结果 28例患者中,新的一般不良反应13例,一般的不良反应15例;治愈21例,好转7例。结论临床中应规范中药注射剂的使用,建立完整的不良反应监测体系,并加强中药注射剂的质量控制,不断提高中药注射剂临床用药的安全性。Objective To analyze reason of 28 cases of adverse reaction with traditional Chinese medicine injections. Methods Organized, summarized and analyzed clinical data of adverse reaction with traditional Chinese medicine injection in 2012. Results Out of 28 cases of patients, 13 cases of new adverse reaction, 15 cases of general adverse reaction; 21 cases were cured, 7 cases were improved. Conclusion The use of TCM injections should be regulated in clinical, establishing a complete monitoring system for adverse reactions and strengthening the quality control of TCM injection to continuously improve the safety of TCM injections in clinical.
