小儿重症手足口病的综合护理干预效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿重症手足口病的综合护理干预的临床效果。方法回顾性分析小儿重症手足口病治疗300例患儿的临床资料,随机将300例手足口危重症患儿随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组150例采用常规对症护理方法,试验组150例实施综合性前瞻性的护理干预方法。比较两组患儿转归、抢救成功率并进行统计学比较。比较两组患儿住院时间,住院费用及患儿家属出院满意度评分、住院期间并发症情况。结果试验组患儿护理干预后体温恢复正常时间、皮疹消退时间、溃疡愈合时间、住院时间、住院费用以及出院满意评分等指标与对照组患儿比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿并发症发生情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小儿重症手足口病者在正确诊断和治疗同时予以综合性前瞻性的干预措施效果较好,可临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for children with severe hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods Analyzed clinical data of 300 children with severe hand-foot-mouth disease and randomly divide them into two groups, 300 cases in each group, control group received routine nursing, experimental group received comprehensive prospective nursing intervention methods, the success rate of rescue, outcome comparison of two groups were compared. Compared two groups of patients hospitalization time, hospitalization expenses and families of patients satisfaction score, complications during hospitalization. Results In experimental group, nursing intervention after the temperature returned to normal time, rash subsided, ulcer healing time, hospitalization time, cost of hospitalization, and discharge satisfaction score index and patients in the control group had significant difference（P〈0.05）; two groups of children with complications were no statistically significant differences（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive prospective intervention has a good effect in Children with severe hand-foot-mouth disease, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
