高桥社区60岁以上老人高血压患病调查

摘　　要：目的:了解高桥社区60岁以上老人高血压患病现况。方法:整群随机抽样,问卷调查,体格检查。结果:患病率为39.8%,患病知晓率、血压控制率分别为56.0%、19.2%。老年高血压患者糖尿病、高脂血症、脑卒中、冠心病的患病率明显高于非高血压者,差异均有统计学意义。高血压病总体知识知晓率为64.7%。结论:高桥社区老年高血压患病率较高,患病知晓率、血压控制率较低,社区老年人群高血压防治有待加强。Objective：To ifnd out the prevalence of hypertension （HP） in the elderly people aged 60 and above in Gaoqiao Community. Methods：The patients with hypertension were chosen with a cluster random sampling, and they were then investigated with the questionnaire and given a physical examination. Results：The prevalence of HP was 39.8%. The rates of their awareness of illness, and the control were 56.0%and 19.2%. The prevalence of diabetes, hyperlipoproteinemia, cerebral apoplexy and coronary heart disease in the elderly patients with HP was significantly higher than that in the elderly without HP, whose difference had statistical significance. The general awareness rate of the knowledge of prevention and control of hypertension was 64.7%. Conclusion：The prevalence of HP in the elderly is high in Gaoqiao Community. The rates of awareness of illness and control of HP are still low. Prevention and control of hypertension in the elderly population in the community need to be improved.
