摘　　要：先天性乳头内陷的原因主要是由于乳头和乳晕的平滑肌发育不良。内陷的乳头被围绕乳腺管和插入乳头真皮的肌纤维柬向内牵拉，这些肌束的质地与乳腺管有明显差别；乳腺导管部分切断失去泌乳功能，术后有复发内陷，乳晕周围有瘢痕组织，影响外观，给患者增加痛苦；我们采用的乳头隆起器，利用持续负压吸引，有可能使挛缩导管和凹陷乳头拉长隆起；并在延长过程中使乳腺导管周围产生支持组织，让乳头真正隆起。乳头隆起器用于治疗先天性乳头凹陷临床近期效果满意，是一种美观、安全、有效、痛苦小、并发症少的新技术。the cause of congenital nipple retraction is mainly due to the nipple and areola of smooth muscle dysplasia.
