摘　　要：保护数据主体的合法权益是征信立法的核心内容。对国外个人数据信息保护立法进行梳理,探讨欧美个人数据保护体制,通过借鉴国际经验和做法,为我国个人数据信息保护立法提供参考。Protecting the legitimate interests of data owners is the core of legislation for the credit reterence.
