摘　　要：在对我国农村金融监管体系制度演进过程进行分析的基础上,进一步研究我国农村金融监管体系监管效能的不足,据此设计出我国农村金融监管体系监管效能改进的科学路径,即从监管理念、监管模式、监管方法、内控机制、法制化建设等层面对我国农村金融监管体系实施监管创新,有利于构建真正体现功能视角的现代农村金融监管体系。Based on the analysis of the evolution of China＇ s rural financial regulatory system, the paper furtherstudies the inadequate efficacy of the rural financial regulatory system, and designs a scientific path for improvementof China＇ s rural financial regulatory system efficacy, i.e.such aspects as regulatoconstruction, etc. so asperspective.ry philosophy, regulatory models, to build a modem rural financialinnovating China rural financial regulatory system fromregulatory approaches, internal control mechanisms,legalregulatory system which can truly reflects the functional
