摘 要:广东省乐昌峡水利枢纽工程主要材料采取甲供方式,其中碎石骨料主要岩质为石灰岩,由于雨季天气,石场生产碎石存在裹粉现象。为了能使裹粉的碎石骨料能够应用于工程,该文针对两个粒级的碎石骨料对普通混凝土及碾压混凝土的工作性能、力学性能及耐久性能进行研究。结果表明:碎石裹粉量对普通混凝土的工作性能会有影响,会增大碾压混凝土的VC值;适宜的石粉含量对普通混凝土的力学性能有利,对碾压混凝土的力学性能不利;对C20普通混凝土各个龄期的抗渗性能无影响,C40普通混凝土和C9020碾压混凝土抗渗性能呈降低趋势。裹粉量的增加,C20混凝土和C9020碾压混凝土的抗冻性能呈下降趋势,C40普通混凝土的质量损失率不是那么明显。Main materials used in the construction of Lechangxia Water Control Project are provided by the party A , in which the ag-gregate is crushed by limestone and easily presents the coated-powder phenomenon due to the rainy weather .In order to apply coa-ted-powder aggregate into the project , research on the effect of two grade aggregates to working performance , mechanical perform-ance and durability of common concrete and Roller Compacted Concrete ( RCC) is carried out in this article .The result shows that the content of coated-powder has an influence on the working performance of common concrete and increases the VC value of RCC . Proper content of coated-powder is beneficial to mechanical performance of common concrete but RCC on the contrary .The anti-per-meability of every age of common concrete is unaffected while the anti-permeability of C40 concrete and C 90 20 RCC present a little degradation.The frost-resistance capability of C40 concrete and C9020 RCC decrease and mass loss rate of C40 common concrete isn't easily found as the content of coated-powder increases .
