摘　　要：采用 Ｎｉ－ Ｃｏ－ Ｍｎ三元合金镀层制作电镀金刚石磨头，可明显降低成本，制品质量还有所提高。本文介绍了新工艺的具体过程及操作规程，并推荐了电镀液配方与技术条件。This paper introduced a new technique for manufacturing electroplated diamond cylindrical wheel by replacing the Ni-Co matrix with Ni-Co-Mn coatings. The new technique can reduce the production cost while preserving the good performances of the wheel. The composition of the plating bath as well as the process is presented in detail in the paper.
