摘 要:军队后勤保障社会化体系源于军队后勤自主保障系统,其概念模型是军队后勤保障人员和体系设计人员之间沟通的桥梁,是体系需求分析和结构设计的科学依据,是顶层设计的理论基础。首次采用体系工程的方法研究军队后勤保障社会化问题,建立了军队后勤保障社会化体系的概念模型。科学定义了军队后勤保障社会化体系,深入分析了其区别于军队后勤自主保障系统的特性,以及军队后勤保障社会化体系的环境、使命、实体、结构、过程等基本元素。PLA Logistics System-of-Systems is derived from nowadays self-supporting system. Its conceptual model is the bridge of communication between employed personnel and designers. Based on the method of System-of-Systems Engineering(SoSE),the concept model of PLA Logistics System-ofSystems is established. Firstly,the concept of PLA Logistics System-of-Systems is built. Secondly,the characteristics of PLA Logistics System-of-Systems are distinguished from self-supporting system.Thirdly,five basic elements which involved in PLA Logistics System-of-Systems are analyzed,including environment,mission,entities,architecture and process. The concept model of PLA Logistics System-of-Systems could provide scientific evidence to later research work such as the requirement analysis and architecture design. It also laid a solid theory foundation for the top-level design of PLA Logistics System-of-Systems.
