小麦种植户对气候变化的感知与适应性行为分析——基于安徽省的调查数据

摘　　要：通过对安徽省淮北地区小麦种植户的实地调研,对其感知气候变化以及采取适应性行为进行实证分析。研究结果表明,小麦种植户感知气候变化受村基础设施建设情况、地形特征、小麦种植规模、获得气象信息的满意度以及技术选择偏向指数的影响;获得气象信息的满意度、技术选择偏向指数、获得贷款难易程度、户主年龄的二次方、户主受教育程度、劳动力转移人数比、务农人数、人均农业补贴以及农户是否接受过农业生产技术培训则对农户采取应对气候变化的适应性行为产生影响。Based on the investigation data of wheat farmers in Anhui Province, this paper analyzed the wheat farmers＇ perception and adaptation to climate change. It is concluded that, wheat farmers＇ perception of climate change was influenced by many factors, such as the construction of infrastructure, topographical situation, acreage of wheat, satisfaction of weather information and technology selecting bias index; while wheat farmers＇ adaptation to climate change was influenced by satisfaction of weather information, technology selecting bias index, ratio of labor migration, the difficulty of getting loans, the householder age＇s quadratic and their levels of educations, farm-related employment, per capita of agricultural subsidy, and the situation of receive technical training.
