摘　　要：自冷战结束以来,美国保守派和自由派围绕着堕胎、枪支管制、同性婚姻、协助自杀、人体干细胞研究等一系列社会问题存在着激烈的思想冲突和交锋,学界称之为"文化战争"。其中枪支管制问题最具有代表性,它折射出美国文化战争的特点和复杂性。以枪支管制问题为切入点探讨美国文化战争,梳理美国持枪权的思想渊源,分析枪支管制造成美国社会断裂的原因,剖析以枪支管制为代表的议题与美国政治与司法之间的微妙关系、揭示了文化战争如何加剧美国社会的断裂。The Culture War was waged in the U. S between the Conservatives and the Liberals after the Cold War. The Culture War has revolved around these social issues such as abortion,gun control,assisted suicide,and same- sex marriage and so on. The Culture War leads to the fracture of American society. The issue of gun control typically represents the characteristics and complexity of the Culture War. This paper analyzes the thought origin of the Second Amendment to Constitution and those causes of fracture of society of U. S led by the gun control; meanwhile,this paper explores the relationship between the gun control and politics and judiciary of U. S and the causes of aggravation of fracture of the society led by the Culture War.
