摘　　要：农村社区作为联结居民和社会的中介,在协调社会生活各个方面起着重要作用。震后农村社区受到的影响远大于城市社区,这与农村社区的构成和特点密不可分。通过构造SWOT—PEST分析矩阵和实地调查研究,对影响四川省雅安市农村社区管理的政策、经济、社会、科技等16项子信息进行了梳理。从培养村民参与社区共建的民主意识、成立村民互助组织,融洽社会关系、淡化人口血缘和地缘关系、强化人口的业缘关系、进一步增强社区村民的依存性等方面探讨农村社区重建的对策。借助农村社区重建这个平台,优化农村社区管理,以期达到优化农村社区组织结构和实现社会和谐的目标。As the intermediary link between communities and society, rural communities play an important role in coordinating all aspects of social life. The impact of earthquake on rural communities is much greater than that on urban communities due to the composition and characteristics of rural communities. Key issues related to the community management in the post-disaster were analyzed by the survey and SWOT-PEST mode. According to the SWOT-PEST mode, 16 items of subinformation such as policy, economic, social and technological factors were analyzed. Meanwhile, measures such as developing democratic consciousness of villagers to participate in community building and strengthening the karmic connection among people have been proposed in community reconstruction.
