摘　　要：马克思主义文化观是在唯物史观的基础上对文化的社会地位和作用及发展规律的科学揭示与概括。它以辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义为其哲学基石,具有突出的实践属性、批判属性和发展属性;以实现广大人民群众根本利益为其政治立场,具有鲜明的阶级属性和人民属性;以促进人自由全面发展为其价值目标,具有解放人、塑造人和发展人的文化功用。从哲学基石、政治立场和价值目标对马克思主义文化观进行再次解读,是我们科学认识和准确把握马克思主义文化观的内在要求,也是我们有效运用马克思主义文化观指导我国文化建设的必然选择。现时期,坚持马克思主义文化观在我国文化建设中的指导地位,是推进社会主义文化大发展大繁荣和建设社会主义文化强国的重要保障。arxism cultural-view scientifically reveals and summarizes the social position of culture and the law of cultural development on the basis of historical materialism. Regarding dialectical materialism and historical materialism as its philosophical cornerstone, Marxism cultural-view has a prominent practice, critical and developmental attribute. Regarding the goal of realizing people＇ s fundamental interests as its political stand, Marxism cultural-view has a distinct class and demotic attribute. Regarding the process of promoting people＇ free and comprehensive development as its value target, Marxism cultural-view has a cuhural function of liberating, shaping and developing people. Interpreting Marxism cuhural-view from its philosophical cornerstone, political stand and value target not only is an inherent requirement for us to scientifically understand and accurately grasp Marxism cultural view, but also an inevitable choice tot us to effectively guide our culture construction with Marxism cuhural-view. Adhering to the guiding position of Marxism cultural-view in the our cultural construction is an important guarantee to promote the socialist cuhure＇s great development and prosperity, which has a practical significance for us to construct a power of socialist culture in our daily life.
