摘　　要：依据党的十八大尤其是十八届三中全会以来的重要思想和政策,在阐明放松规制及推进竞技体育治理能力现代化的基础上,对竞技体育职业化的内涵以及我国竞技体育职业化过程中的政府、市场双失灵现象进行了分析,进而对当前美国的职业体育规制环境及最新职业体育格局进行了论述,提出放松规制条件下我国竞技体育职业化的核心、重点及落脚点。Abstract：On the basis of the important the 18th CPC,based on expounding the thought and policy decided by deregulation and promoting the the Third Plenary Session of modernized governance ability of competitive sports,it analyzes the connotation of the professional sports and the process of professional sports＇ government failure and market failure phenomenon in China, then, discusses the current U.S. regulation environment and the present status of professional sports, and puts forward the core of Chinese professional sports under the condition of deregulation.
