普通高等院校体育网络信息服务质量评价指标体系的构建研究

摘　　要：21世纪是信息化时代,信息技术的发展不断影响人们的社会生活方式,越来越多的人通过互联网获取大量的信息内容。高校体育作为高校工作的重要组成部分,在现阶段也面临着如何进一步推进信息化建设的任务,这对体育信息质量提出了更高的要求,面对学校众多的网络用户,如何提高高校体育网络信息服务质量就成为一个迫切需要研究的问题。通过查阅大量的文献资料,借鉴前人对信息服务质量评价研究成果,构建出了普通高等院校体育网络信息服务质量评价指标体系,此指标体系包括4个一级指标,11个二级指标,24个三级指标,利用层次分析法计算出各项指标的权重,并进行了预评价,收到良好效果。Abstract：The 21st century is the information age, information technology affect people＇ s social life, more and more people get information from the internet. Sports as an important part of the colleges, it also faced with how to promote information technology in the future, which requested higher quality for the sports information, the school faced numerous network users, how to improve the quality of college network sports information service has become an urgent issue. Through literature review and previous researches on information service quality evaluation results, it constructed the Network Sports Information Service quality evaluation index system. This indicator system includes 4 first grade index, 11 secondary index, 24 level three index to calculate the weight of the indicators by AHP, then carried out a pre -evaluation and gained good results.
