摘　　要：零符号在莎士比亚的时代被人们大量使用,其能指形式在《李尔王》中主要有三种:数字0、货币和女性身体私处,三者分别从不同角度解释了悲剧的成因。但综合来看,零符号的主导作用是勾勒戏剧的结构和轮廓,并形成了以"nothing"为核心的元语言,与另一个以"nature"为核心的元语言构成"解释的漩涡"。莎士比亚的这种变化与发展的思维方式,使该剧显得抽象而难以理解。In Shakespeare’s times, Zero-sign was used much. There are three main forms of the Signifier in King Lear, namely, number 0, money and private parts of female body, which explain causes of tragedy from different perspectives. On the whole, Zero-sign plays a main role in outlining dramatic frame, forming meta-language centering on“nothing.”It creates interpretative whirlpool with another meta-language centering on“nature.”Owing to Shakespeare’s ways of thinking filled with change and development, this play appears abstract and inexplicable.
