摘  要:针对对置二冲程柴油机需双喷油器同时工作的特殊要求,进行了燃油喷射驱动模块的设计。通过合理分配MPC5554的2个增强型的时间处理单元,完成对喷射时序的控制;驱动模块采用高低端驱动方式工作,根据微控制器给出的喷油脉宽信号,便可以完成对喷油器电磁阀的闭环控制。此外,该模块还可以有效回收喷油器电磁阀断开时所产生的多余能量。经试验验证,所设计的驱动模块在喷射时序上能够满足对置二冲程柴油机对喷油的要求,而且可以使喷油器电磁阀在110μs左右打开,满足电控喷油器的驱动要求。For the simultaneous working requirement of dual injectors for opposed two-stroke diesel engine ,a type of drive module for fuel injection was designed .The injection timing control was realized by allocating two enhanced time processing u-nits of MPC5554 properly .The module worked in high and low drive modes and could control fuel injection in the closed loop according to the pulse width signal sent by microcontroller .Besides ,the module could recover effectively the excess energy generated by the disconnection of solenoid valve .The experimental results show that the module can meet the fuel injection re-quirements of opposed two-stroke diesel engine in terms of injection timing .The module can open the injector in about 110 μs , which meets the drive requirements of electronic control injector .
