摘  要:自旋阀巨磁阻(gian tmagne to resistive,GMR)传感器具有灵敏度高、线性度好、体积小等显著的优点,在直流电流测量中具有极大的发展潜力.首先介绍了利用自旋阀GMR传感器进行直流电流测量的工作原理,推导出了自旋阀GMR传感器输出电压信号与被测直流电流之间的关系式.然后,对自行研制的自旋阀GMR传感器做了特性测试,确定了它的线性工作区域.在自旋阀GMR传感器的线性区内进行了直流电流测量实验,实验结果表明:当用正5V电压源为自旋阀GMR传感器供电,且铜线与自旋阀GMR传感器相距2 mm时,电流测量范围为0~4 A,其输出电压信号幅值为29.63~75.21 mV,灵敏度为11.39 mV/A.Giant Magneto Resistive sensor has vast development potential in DC current measurement because it has significant advantages such as high sensitivity,good linearity and small in size, etc. This paper introduces the working principle of dc current measurement by spin valve GMR sensor, deduced the relational expression between the output voltage signal of spin valve GMR sensor and the dc current being measured. Then, made characteristic test of which fabricated by our group to determine the linearity rang of the spin valve GMR sensor. Finally, dc current measurement experiment was carried out by the spin valve GMR sensor. The experimental results show that the spin valve GMR sensor's output voltage rang is 29.63-75.21 mV, the current measuring range is 0-4A and the current measurement sensitivity is 11. 39 mV/A,when using +5 V voltage source for power supply and copper wire 2 mm apart from the spin valve GMR sensor.
