摘　　要：设计了基于高频振动信号分析的固相颗粒粒径在线监测系统。采用高频振动传感器接收颗粒撞击管道产生的高频振动信号,经过处理、转换为电信号传输给采集仪。通过采集仪的滤波、放大及AD转换,转换为数字信号传递给计算机,经信号处理分析得到颗粒粒径与监测信号之间的关系。该系统可以为监测油井出砂提供技术支持。A kind of on-line vibration laboratory system on monitoring solid particle size is designed. The system uses high frequency vibration sensor to receive vibration signal generated from the impact of particle to the pipe. After processing and converting, the signal is transmitted to acquisition instrument which can filter,amply,and convert the analog signal to a digital signal, and then it is transmitted to the computer with analysis software to obtain the relationship between monitoring signal and particle size. The system plays a guiding role for industrial production in monitoring solid particle size.
