近收发球筒封堵技术及管道维修工艺设计

摘　　要：近收发球筒封堵是对靠近收发球筒的一段管段或者阀类控件进行维修时使用的一种管道封堵技术。介绍了近收发球筒封堵器可进行的3种封堵作业:收发球筒阀门更换与维护作业,废弃分支管线作业和管线阀门维修与更换作业,并设计了相应的管道维修工艺。相对于传统的封堵技术,近收发球筒封堵技术具有操作方便、易于实施、设备简单等优点。With the rapid development of oil and gas pipelines, the plugging technology which is used to increase security of pipe repairing has been flourishing. As akind of pipeline repair technology,plugging isolation near launcher or receiver is used to plug pipeline when maintaining the broken part of pipeline or change valves. This article introduces the status of the plug packer for plugging isolation near launcher or receiver. And 3 kinds of block processes are raised,which plug packer can do,that are changing or maintaining the valves near launcher or receiver;abandoning branch pipeline;changing or maintaining the valves installed in the pipeline. Plugging isolation near launcher or receiver which uses simple equipment to precede operations is easier to operate and implement comparod with the traditional plugging technology.
