基于投入产出法的中国再制造产业经济影响分析

摘　　要：发展再制造产业对转变我国经济发展方式,缓解日益紧张的资源、能源问题具有重要意义。本文基于投入/产出分析及再制造产业相关研究,建立了再制造产业宏观经济影响模型;进一步以中国最新的2007年投入/产出表为例对该模型进行了实证分析,并定量评估了中国再制造产业对总投入和其他关联部门的经济影响。研究结果表明,在满足相同社会需求的前提下,再制造部门的出现会节约经济总投入及部分关联部门(如金属冶炼及压延加工部门、金属制品部门)的投入;随着再制造产品占同类展品的比例增加或再制造产品价格下降,这种资源节约效应也会进一步提高。Remanufacturing industry development has become significantly important to transform the mode of economic development and relieve the increasing resources shortage problem. Based on Input-output analysis and relevant studies on remanufacturing, this paper establishes an economic impact model of the remanufacturing industry. Further, it quanti-tatively analyzes and evaluates the effect of remanufacturing industry on the China’s macro economy and other related in-dustries by applying the model with the latest Chinese Input-output table in 2007. It reveals that the remanufacturing in-dustry development will decrease the total input and inputs of several related industries such as Smelting ＆ Rolling of Metals and Manufacture of Metal Products. Moreover, with the rising share of remanufacturing products or the increasing price of remanufacturing product, the resource saving effect will be further enhanced.
