摘　　要：针对订单式制造业的特点,在分析传统采购流程中存在问题的基础上,对采购业务流程进行了再造。在ERP的基本架构下,通过ERP内部模块的集成以及与产品数据相关的技术信息系统的集成,实现了制造业内部数据的共享。同时,提出了基于标准价格库的采购成本计算模型,实现对采购作业的成本控制,达到以最优采购成本进行采购的目的,使采购过程更加规范化、科学化。The procurement process has been reengineered based on the feature of order manufacturing and the problems of traditional procurement process. Established on the framework of ERP, the data is well shared within the manufacturing sector by the integration of ERP internal functional module data and the TIS related production data. Meanwhile, to control the procurement process and achieve an optimal procurement costs, the procurement costing model based on standard price library is proposed and the procurement process is more standardized and scientific.
