摘 要:介绍了目前国内储水式电热水器的发展情况和行业内防漏电技术方案的应用现状,说明了储水式电热水器防漏电新技术方案的设计原理,并阐述了防电闸技术设计参数的确定、结构设计方案以及防漏电新方案与现有技术方案的对比等。防电闸技术结构简单,其与三极断漏电保护插头组成的防漏电新方案跟现有技术方案相比成本相当,但却有更加可靠的安全性能,因此具有显著的市场推广价值。The paper introduces the development situation of electrical storage water heaters in the domestic market and the present application of the electric leakage protection technology. It shows the design principle of a new solution of electric leakage protection for electric storage water heaters. Simultaneously,it also describes the design parameters,structural design of the electric leakage protection switch,as well as the comparison between the new solution and the old ones. The technology of the electric leakage protection switch has a simple structure and with a similar cost as the old ones, its combination with a three poles leakage protection plug has a more reliable safety performance. Therefore,the new solution has significant market promotion value.
