摘　　要：通过对广州地铁三号线列车牵引系统中IGBT(绝缘栅双极晶体管)控制电路、驱动电路的介绍,展现了其控制电路简单、高耐压及承受电流大的特性,及其集成驱动电路的高性能、高可靠性及体积小的优点。This article introduces control circuit and drive circuit of the IGBT （insulated gate bipolar transistor） in Guangzhou metro line 3 train traction system, shows the characteristics of the simple control circuit, high pressure and large current bearing, and the integrated drive circuit’s advantages of high performance, high reliability and small volume.
