摘　　要：我国是人均资源短缺的国家,能源紧缺是制约我国经济发展的主要矛盾,建筑节能是缓解我国能源紧缺矛盾、改善人民生活环境质量、减轻环境污染、实行可持续发展战略目标的关键一环。推广建筑节能将是我国发展住宅建设的一项长期国策。本文就建筑节能及外墙保温施工技术进行了简单探讨。Because of China＇ s natural resources per capita are much lower, the energy shortages restrict our economic development greatly.Therefore energy-effcient constructions will play important role in relieving energy shortage,improving living environment quality, reducing environmental pollution,and realizing the goal of sustainable development in the long run.To promote energy-effcient constructions is about to become a long-term national policy of China＇ s residential construction.This paper discusses about the energy-effcient building and external wall insulation techniques.
