摘　　要：由于地处偏远、经济落后、社会关系网络局限等原因,西南边疆民族地区归侨侨眷青年的创业问题突出,其中很多处于无业状态。为此,需要从农林场内部就业优先、发展第二第三产业等方面采取措施,同时,要拓展出国就业,探索实施"探亲访友"工程。Because it is in the remote area with backward economic development and limited social network and other reasons, the youth relatives of returned overseas Chinese in the southwest frontier minority areas faced serious problems in starting an undertaking, among them lots are jobless. Therefore, measures are needed from the aspects as priority internal employment in the agriculture and forestry field, developing the second and third industry, as well as the implement of ＂the visiting relatives and friends＂ project.
