摘  要:多年结果证明Rht1、Rht2、rht 3个近等基因系之间的子粒蛋白质含量差异不显著 ,而Rht3基因系的蛋白质含量显著高于前三者。Rht3基因系的子粒赖氨酸含量显著高于Rht2和rht系 ,Rht10显著高于Rht1系 ,其他基因系之间无显著差异。Rh10基因系的面粉的沉降值显著高于Rht1,Rht8和Rht12 ,Rht3显著高于Rht1,Rht2和rht。Rht10和Rht3基因系面粉的湿面筋显著高于其他基因系。此外 。Several years results showed that there were no differences in grain protein content among Rht1,Rht2 and rht isogenic lines.However,the grain protein content of Rht3 line was significantly higher than the three lines mentioned above.Grain lysine content of Rht3 line was significantly higher than that of Rht2 and rht lines,and grain lysine content of Rht10 line was higher than that of Rht1 line. There were no differences in protein content between other lines. Flour sedimentation volume of Rht10 line was significantly higher than that of Rht1,Rht8 and Rht12,and flour sedimentation volume of Rht3 line was higher than that of Rht1,Rht2 and rht lines.Flour gluten content of Rht10 and Rht3 lines were significantly higher than other lines. In addition, there were differences in grain quality among different lines in different years.
