荧光增白剂技改工程的尘毒危害关键控制点分析

摘  要:目的了解荧光增白剂生产线技术改造前后尘毒危害控制效果。方法对某化学厂荧光增白剂生产线技术改造前后尘毒职业病危害因素和防护设施效果进行现场调查和检测。结果该项目存在的尘毒危害因素主要为粉尘和甲醇,其中在技术改造前成品车间装袋机岗位粉尘为12.1 mg/m3,缩合车间精品和粗品压滤岗位甲醇为353.1 mg/m3和1 401.4 mg/m3,超标严重。通过对生产车间内配备可移动的大功率风机以及安装密闭隔离排风装置和布袋除尘器等措施后,相应岗位的粉尘为2.0 mg/m3,甲醇为12.0 mg/m3和29.3 mg/m3,浓度明显低于国家职业接触限值。结论该项目对尘毒危害关键控制点的改造是有效的。Objective To explore the control effect of dusts and toxicants before and after the fluorescent brightener technological transformation construction project. Methods Dusts and toxicants were investigated and determined before and after the chemical plant fluorescent brightener technological transformation construction project. Results The dusts and toxicants in this project were dust and methyl alcohol,in which the product workshop pack post dust concentration was 12. 1 mg/m3 , and condensation workshop rough - product post and purify - product post methyl alcohol concentration was 353.1 mg/m3 and 1 41.4 mg/m3 before the technological transformation construction project, much higher than the standard. By installing the mobile centrifugal fans, the closed air exhaust devices and the bag -type dust collectors and so on, the same posts dust concentration was 2. mg/m3 and methyl alcohol concentration was 12. mg/m3 and 29. 3 mg/m3 , much lower than the national exposure limits. Conclusion This project is effective for critical control points of dusts and toxicants.
