摘 要:目的通过对某医院PET/CT检查过程中的放射性职业病危害因素及其防护措施分析,提出最优化的防护措施,预防和控制职业病危害,保障工作人员的身体健康。方法采取现场调查和检测,确定工作场所的放射性危害因素、辐射水平和防护效果情况。结果该项目采取的放射防护设施及措施基本合理,工作人员年受照剂量最大估算结果为1.04 mSv。结论该项目产生和存在的主要放射性职业病危害为γ射线、X射线外照射等,放射防护设施和管理制度较为完善,但需进一步补充或改进。Objective To put forward the optimization of protection measures, prevent and control occupational disease hazards, protect staff's health, by analyzing radioactive occupational disease hazard factors and protective measures in PET/ CT examination process. Methods The methods of field investigation and testing were adopted, radioactive hazard factors, radiation levels and the protective effect were determined in the workplace. Results Radiological protection facilities and measures were basically reasonable. The maximum annually effective dose of professional staff was 1.4 mSv. Conclusion The main radioactive occupational disease hazards are γ - ray and X - ray, there are inadequacies in radiation protection facilities and management, protection should be further strengthened in order to protect the heahh of the staff.
