摘  要:采用真空扩散焊接技术进行了CuZr0.15锆无氧铜的变形控制焊接。研究了变形控制下,真空扩散焊接主要工艺参数对接头界面结构的影响,并对接头力学性能进行了分析测试。结果表明,阶梯加压是实现变形控制下接头良好结合的有效手段之一,采用900℃、压力6MPa(10min)+3MPa(110min)的工艺规范获得了扩散均匀的接头组织,进一步显微硬度测试及拉伸试验结果表明,焊缝区域和母材的硬度均一化程度较高,元素扩散更充分,更均匀,断裂发生在锆铜母材一侧,属于韧性断裂。Deformation control experiments of CuZr0.15 were carried out by vacuum diffusion weldingtechnology. The influence of diffusion welding parameters on interface structure was studied, and the mechanicalproperty of the joints was analyzed. The results showed that multi-step pressuring is a good way to form a joint withtight coupling and deformation control; when the parameters were 900℃, 6MPa(10min)+3Mpa(110min), the diffusionjoints were tight and continuous. Micro-hardness and tensile testing results of the joint indicate that the hardness washomogeneous between the weld line and parent metal, the diffusion of copper was equable; the tensile samples alwaysfracture on the CuZr0.15 base metal.
