摘　　要：目的:总结低血钾症的心电图特征,以探讨心电图对低血钾的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析2011年1月-2013年10月收治的低血钾症患者118例的临床及心电图资料。结果:随着低血钾症严重程度的增加,心电图呈特征性的ST段压低、T波振幅降低、U波振幅增高、T-U融合、P波和QRS波的振幅和时限增加、P-R间期和Q-T间期延长及心律失常。结论:低血钾症具有特征性的心电图改变,有助于低血钾的快速诊断。Objective ：To summarize the electrocardiogram characteristics and to explore the clinical diagnostic value of patients with hypokalemia. Methods： The clinical and electrocardiogram data of 118 patients with hypokalemia were retrospectively analyzed from Jan 2011 to Oct 2013. Results： With the severity increasing of hypokalemia, the electrocardiogram was characteristic of low ST segment, T wave amplitude reduced, U wave amplitude increased, T- U fused, P wave and QRS wave amplitude and duration increased, P-R and Q - T extended and arrhythmia occured. Conclusion： It is helpful to diagnose hypokalemia rapidly because of characteristic changes of the electrocardiogram.
