基层检察院审查逮捕权力及其相关权利配置研究——以主任检察官制度改革为视角

摘　　要：本文梳理了基层检察院审查逮捕相关权力的体系、分类,并对该组权力运行的特点进行分析,在此基础上提炼出基层检察院审查逮捕相关权力重新配置的方向:高效、制约及责任合理划分。以该三个方向为指导原则,结合主任检察官制度改革的要求,从而对具体的权力配置进行制度设计。This paper studies the system and types of power related to arrest in district procuratorate. By analyzing the features of this group of power, the paper concludes the principles of reallocating： high efficiency, restriction, and reasonable distribution of responsibilities. Under the guidance of these principles, combined with the requirements of independent prosecutor reform, the paper put forward the detailed system design on power allocation.
