试论广西现行循环经济法律制度的不足与完善

摘　　要：尽管广西的循环经济在农业、工业和社会生活方面获得了一定的发展,但循环经济法律制度在立法方面存在着不足,在执法、司法过程中存在障碍。其他相应配套制度也不完善,为更好地推动循环经济在广西的发展步伐,必须从立法、执法、司法等层面着手完善广西的循环经济法律制度。Inadequacies in the legislation of the legal system of circular economy and obstacles in law enforcement and judicial process still can be seen despite a certain development of Guangxi circular economy is achieved in the field of agriculture, industry and social life. Given the unconsummated related systems, it needs to optimize the legal system of Guangxi circular economy at levels of legislation, law enforcement, judicial process and etc. in order to better promote the pace of Guangxi circular economy development.
