摘　　要：ICU护士是以人的生命为服务对象的特殊工作群体。多样的工作对象，复杂的工作任务，高压的工作环境给护理人员带来了极大的压力。压力的不良纾解不仅会影响ICU护士自身的身心健康、造成工作倦怠，甚至是离职。此外，还将对患者疾病诊疗效果和护理效果产生危害。因此，对ICU护理工作人压力源的成因进行分析，有助于找出纾解方案，解决上述问题，提升护理质量的同时增加医院的效益。ICU nurses are a special working group whose service object is human life.Diverse work object , complex tasks , high-pressure work environment bring great pressure to the nursing staff .Adverse to relieve pressure , will not only affect the ICU nurse their phys-ical and mental health , but also cause job burnout and turnover .In addition to harm the disease diagnosis and nursing effect .Therefore, the analysis of ICU nursing work pressure sources helps to find relief scheme , to solve the above problems , to improve the quality of nursing and increase the benefit of hospital .
