高龄中重度肺功能减退行冠状动脉搭桥患者的围术期护理

摘　　要：目的：研究人性化护理措施在高龄中重度肺功能减退行冠状动脉搭桥围术期患者中的应用价值。方法选取2010年1月至2013年6月于我院接受治疗的高龄中重度肺功能减退行冠状动脉搭桥患者100例，按随机数字表法将其分成实验组和对照组各50例，对照组给予常规围术期护理，实验组给予人性化护理，观察两组临床护理效果。结果从近期护理效果看，手术开始时实验组VAS、心率、平均动脉压分别为（4.56±1.93）分、（77.80±4.25）min、（134.21±9.11）kPa，均低于对照组，实验组临床满意度为96.0％，高于对照组；从远期护理效果看，实验组生理机能（ PF）、生理职能（ RP）、躯体疼痛（ BP）等各项生活质量评分均高于对照组，差异有统计意义（ P＜0.05）。结论与对照组比较，实验组中重度肺功能减退行冠状动脉搭桥术的护理效果更佳，人性化护理模式具有较高的应用价值，值得临床推广。Objective To study the humanized nursing measures on line moderately severe lung function decline in patients with coronary artery bypass gifting .Methods From January 2010 to June 2013 in our hospital for treatment of old moderately severe lung func-tion decline line of 100 patients with coronary artery bypass graft , they were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group of 50 cases in each .The patients in the control group were treated with routine perioperative nursing , while humanized nursing in the experi-mental group , clinical nursing effects were compared between two groups .Results From the recent nursing effect , at the beginning of the operation group VAS, heart rate, mean arterial pressure （4.56 ±1.93） respectively （77.80 ±4.25） min and （134.21 ±134.21） kPa, are lower than those in the control group , experimental group clinical satisfaction was 96.0%, higher than the control group;From the effect of long-term care, in the experimental group physiological function （PF）, physiological function （RP）, body pain （BP） such as the quali-ty of life score were higher than those in the control group .The differences had statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusions Compared with control group , experimental group moderately severe lung function decline line better nursing effect of coronary artery bypass , human-ized nursing model has higher application value and is worth clinical promotion .
