中医外治法治疗原发性高血压的研究进展

摘　　要：目的:对中医外治治疗高血压的研究进行综述。方法:查阅近5年关于中医外治治疗高血压的文献报告,对其进行分析。结果:中医外治治疗高血压具有操作简便、疗效确切、治疗安全的特点,目前较为公认的方法有:中药浴足法、药枕法、针灸法、穴位敷贴法、穴位埋线法、耳尖放血疗法、耳穴贴压疗法、推拿法、刮痧、综合疗法等。结论:中医外治治疗高血压是体弱多病不宜多服降压药、久服耐药及不愿服药的患者的最佳选择。Objective：To conduct systematic review on external therapy of traditional Chinese Medicine treating hypertension.Meth-ods：Analysis was conducted on literature reports on external therapy of traditional Chinese Medicine treating hypertension inn recent five years.Results：The external therapy of traditional Chinese treating hypertension has the advantages of simple operation,definite effect, treatment safety.The accepted methods included traditional Chinese medicine foot bath,herbal pillow,acupuncture and moxibustion,acu-point plaster,Acupoint catgut embedding,ear apex bloodletting therapy,auricular plaster,tuina manipulation,scraping,comprehensive therapy,etc.Conclusion：External therapy of traditional Chinese medicine is the best choice for weak hypertension patients who cannot take too much antihypertensive drugs,or resistant to drugs due to long-term oral administration or unwilling to take these drugs.
