摘  要:峡江水利枢纽工程泄水闸闸墩牛腿分为上游侧外挑牛腿和弧门支座牛腿,悬挑结构的牛腿混凝土体积大,结构质量大,尤其是泄水闸上游侧外挑牛腿悬挑长度为5m,采用常规的钢管支撑模板十分困难,承重要求高,材料多,费用大。通过对方案的研究论证和优化,采用工字钢反拉模板、多卡大模板结合脚手架支撑模板等方法,顺利按节点要求完成了闸墩牛腿施工。Pier corbel for Xiajiang Hydro-junction Sluice is divided into upstream cantilever corbel and radial gate support corbel. The corbel of the cantilever structure has a large volume of concrete and heavy weight, especially the cantilever length in sluice upstream cantilever corbel is 5m. The steel formwork support has lots of disadvantages such as high load-bearing requirements, wasting materials, and high cost. Through the research and optimization, the construction of pier corbel is smoothly completed with the method of the reverse drawing formwork, the combination of Doka formwork and scaffold support formwork.
