摘　　要：抽水蓄能电站发电机转子检修分为吊出机坑和不吊出机坑2种方式,当转子仅由于磁极缺陷而需检修时,一般情况下不用吊出机坑,以辽宁蒲石河抽水蓄能电站为例,对转子磁极抢修前的准备工作、抢修过程中的方法步骤和主要注意事项进行了详细介绍和阐述,并对抢修工作完成后机组的动平衡状态可能会发生改变进行说明。For the generator rotor of pumped-storage power station,there are two maintenance ways：one is inside the generator pit and the other is outside. When the rotor need maintenance just because of the pole defects, as a general rule, we can finish the maintenance work inside the generator pit. Taking the Liaoning Pushihe Pumped-storage Power Station as a example, the preparation before the maintenance of the poles,the steps and key attentions at the process of the maintenance are introduced in detail. The dynamic balance changing of the rotors could be happened in the maintenance process is explained.
