摘　　要：旁多水电站为西藏目前最大的水电工程项目,其发电机定子分4瓣运至现场,在完成定子机座组装及铁心叠片之后,进行定子下线工作,包括端箍安装、定子线棒嵌装、槽楔装配、绑扎、焊接、绝缘盒灌装、汇流铜环安装与焊接、定子喷漆及整体耐压等,着重对定子下线技术进行了介绍。Pangduo Hydroelectric Station is the biggest hydroelectric project in Tibet at present. Generator stator is splited to four steps and shipped to the site,then the stator winding installation is done,including the ends of the hoop installation, stator bars fitting, wedge assembly, banding, welding, insulation boxes filling, convergence copper ring installation and welding, painting the stator and the electrical test. The stator winding installation technology is emphatically introduced.
