摘　　要：依托旁多水电站实践,详细介绍了发电机转子的安装流程和具体方法,对转子的每一个安装步骤都做了详细讲解,对关键工序提出了合理、可行的控制措施,同时还提供了各项真实测量数据。指出转子安装工艺流程,深入介绍了发电机转子组装过程和各项技术准备,重点对安装工艺关键环节进行详细描述。Combining with Pangduo Hydroelectric Station,the installation process and concrete method of generator rotor is introduced in detail. Each installation step is described in detail. The reasonable and feasible control measures for key procedure are put forward. Every accuracy monitoring data is obtained.
