探究心理护理干预对老年高血压患者治疗依从性及效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探究心理护理干预对老年高血压患者治疗依从性及其效果的影响。方法选取我院自2010年12月～2011年12月收治的老年高血压患者100例,作为本次的研究对象,将上半年收治的50例患者作为对照组,该组患者治疗过程中采取一般护理;将下半年收治的50例老年患者作为观察组,在常规护理的基础上加以心理护理干预。随访3个月后观察两组患者血压的变化情况及治疗依从性。结果随访3个月后,两组患者血压均明显降低,且观察组降压效果更明显;护理后观察组依从率、主动服药率、血压控制率、疾病知晓率、合理生活率分别为92.0%、96.0%、96.0%、100.0%、92.0%,对照组分别为56.0%、62.0%、60.0%、70.0%、62.0%,观察组明显高于对照组,治疗后效果明显优于对照组;观察组护理干预后并发症发生率为6.0%,较对照组43.0%明显低,P均〈0.05,具有统计学意义。结论心理护理干预不仅对老年高血压患者的降压效果好,且明显的提高了患者对治疗的依从性,值得在临床上广泛应用。Objective To study the influence of psychological nursing intervention for elderly patients with hypertension on treatment compliance and effects.Method 100 cases of elderly patients with hypertension who received the treatment in our hospital from December 2010 to December 2011 were selected as the research objects.50 patients who received the treatment in the first half were concluded into the control group and they adopted the conventional nursing;another 50 patients who received the treatment in the second half of the year were concluded into the observation group and they adopted psychological nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing.After 3 months,the blood pressure changes and treatment compliance of patients in both groups were observed and recorded.Result After 3 months,the blood pressure of patients in the two groups were lowered significantly,but the antihypertensive effect of patients in the observation group was more obvious;after nursing,the treatment compliance rate,active medicine taken rate,blood pressure control rate,disease awareness rate and reasonable living rate for patients in the observation group was 92.0%,96.0%,96.0%,100.0% and 96.0% respectively while that of the control group was 56.0%,62.0%,60.0%,62.0% and 62.0%;the rates for patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the treatment effect for patients in the observation group was also obviously better than that of the control group;after nursing intervention,the incidence of complication rate for patients in the observation group was 6.0%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group whose was 43.0%, P〈0.05,which were of statistical significance.Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention not only has a good antihypertensive effect for elderly patients with hypertension,but also can improve the treatment compliance of patients obviously,which deserves to be widely applied clinically.
