摘  要:针对难加工镍基高温合金材料GH4169实际切削过程中的加工效率低下、刀具磨损严重、加工表面质量差等问题,本文采用正交试验法,使用新型PVD-TiAlN涂层硬质合金刀具进行高温合金GH4169的高速铣削试验。研究了TiAlN涂层刀具高速铣削GH4169过程中的刀具耐用度和由于刀具磨损引起的试件表面粗糙度的变化规律;建立了高温合金GH4169的刀具寿命经验公式和刀具磨损与试件表面粗糙度之间的变化规律曲线。结果表明:高温合金GH4169高速铣削过程中,切削速度对刀具寿命的影响非常明显,进给量及切削深度的影响较小;TiAlN涂层硬质合金刀片的耐用度随着切削速度的增大而减小;试件的表面粗糙度值随着刀具的磨损总体上呈现增加的趋势。In order to solve the problems that it is the low removal rate, serious tool wear, and the poor surface machined quality of difficult-to-machine nickel base superalloys GH4169. In this paper, the orthogonal experimental method is used to the tests of high speed milling GH4169 with a new developed PVD-TiAlN coated carbide tool. This article mainly studys the tool life and the change rules of surface roughnes which caused by tool wear on the condition of the high speed milling GH4169. The empirical formula of the tool life is acquired by using multiple linear regression method, meanwhilely, tool wear and surface roughness function curve is pulled out. The research results indicate that cutting speed have highly obvious influence on tool life, followed by feed rate and cutting depth; the TiAlN-coated-carbide tool life decreaseds with the increase of milling speed; the surface roughness of specimen increases overall with the increase of tool wear.
