摘　　要：介绍了用LabWindows/CVI虚拟仪器设计的产品用测试设备,测试设备将控制指令发送至产品的DSP控制芯片中,DSP根据接收到的控制指令进行跟踪、反馈,测试设备接收DSP的反馈数据计算产品的性能指标并将产品的跟踪曲线通过界面显示出来,且带有产品故障报警功能。测试完成后,测试设备将产品的测试结果保存,并生成测试报告便于跟踪产品的测试信息。此测试设备已运用于产品研制中。实验证明,测试设备运行可靠、安全,测试结果能真实的反应产品的总体性能,提高了产品的研制效率。A design method of products test equipment based on LabWindows/CVI virtual instrument is introduced in this paper,test equipment give the control order to the control chip,the DSP follow and feedback based on the control order,test equipment received the feedback of the DSP and calculate the performance index of the products and display the products following curve by the interface and the test equipment have the fault alarm functions.After the test finished,the test equipment saved the test result of the products and generated test reports be easy to facilitate tracking of product test information The test equipment has been used in product developing,the experiment result proved that this test equipment has reliable performance and security,the test result can reaction the total performance of the products,and increases the developing performance of the products.
