摘　　要：论述了加强专业临床能力培养是培养中医内分泌学科临床专业研究生的核心问题,临床能力应包括应用临床基本理论及知识解决临床实际问题的能力、临床技能、临床思维能力等内容,结合评述现阶段研究生培养的各项具体措施,系统化、完善化现阶段培养模式,发挥研究生自身创新和自我管理意识。在研究生阶段,提高临床专业水平,为进一步的学习和工作作出良好铺垫。The authors introduced that strengthening the cultivation of clinical ability is the core in the training of clinical postgraduates in key discipline-TCM endocrinology. The clinical ability includes basic theory, basic knowledge, problem-resolving ability, clinical skills and clinical thinking. The specific measures, training mode, and self-innovation and automatic management of clinical postgraduates were discussed in the paper.
