清代中国培养琉球医学人才的个案研究——以《琉球百问》为中心的考察

摘　　要：明清时期,琉球派遣20余批留学生前来中国留学,其中不乏习医者。《琉球百问》是清代名医曹存心与其海外弟子、琉球人吕凤仪,探讨医学问题的问答记录。它不单单是一本医书,而且是中医海外传播的重要见证,亦是清代中国培养琉球医学人才的鲜活个案。清代琉球来华医学生的培养,对于扩大医学在琉球的影响力、促进琉球医药卫生事业的发展以及社会的进步、维护中琉之间的封贡关系做出过重大贡献。Ryukyu sent more than 20 batches of students to study in China during the Ming and Qing Dynasties, including those learnt medicine. One Hundred Questions of Ryukyu is a question-answer record between CAO Chun-xin （a famous doctor in the Qing Dynasty） and LV Feng-yi （CAO＇ s overseas disciple, a Ryukyuan）. This book is not only a＇medical one, but also an important witness on the overseas dissemination of TCM, and fresh case of training Ryukyu medical talents in the Qing Dynasty. Training Ryukyu medical students in the Qing Dynasty was good for the expansion of TCM in Ryukyu, promoted Ryukyu medical and health development and social progress, and made a significant contribution to maintain the grant and tribute relationship between two countries.
