摘　　要：目的:探讨非战争军事救援行动中常见疾病的种类及部队医院药品材料(简称药材)保障的特点。方法:以抗震救灾、抗洪抢险、抗击雨雪冰冻、矿难救助、化学突发事件、高原救灾、火灾等非战争军事救援行动中常见疾病发生的种类和诊治为基础,对这些行动中药材保障的特点和问题进行总结、分析。结果:非战争军事救援行动中常见疾病及药材保障有其特点,引入模块化药材保障的思路,提高非战争军事救援行动药材保障的能力。结论:非战争军事救援行动中药材保障是非战争军事行动卫勤保障的重要组成部分,通过药材保障模块信息化设计,突破传统药材保障模式的局限性,实现药材保障的灵活性、适应性、精确性和有效性。Objective： To investigate the type of common diseases and the characteristics of medicinal materials guarantee in military hospitals in the non-war military rescue operations. Methods： On the basis of the type and diagnosis of common diseases in such non-war military rescue operations as earthquake relief, flood fighting, freezing hazard fighting, mine disaster relief, chemical emergency, plateau disaster relief, fire disaster and so on, the problems and characteristics of medicinal materials guarantee were summarized and analyzed. Results： The common diseases and medicinal materials guarantee in non-war military rescue operations showed obvious characteristics. Modularized medicinal materials guarantee could improve the ability of medicinal materials guarantee in non-war mili- tary rescue operations. Conclusion： The medicinal materials guarantee in non-war military rescue operations is an important part of medical support in non-war military operations. Informatization of medicinal materials guarantee module can break the limitations of traditional medicinal materials guarantee and achieve flexibility, suitability, accuracy and validity.
