以小城镇建设推动内蒙古县域经济发展研究——以宁城县为例

摘　　要：小城镇建设是县域经济的有效载体,是县域经济快速发展的基础也是重要引擎。宁城县在以小城镇建设推动县域经济发展的过程中,存在主导产业发展定位不明确,产业链条短;城镇空间分布不均衡,城镇职能雷同;城镇经济发展较弱,规模小,聚集能力弱;基础设施和公共服务设施资金短缺,城镇管理水平落后;城镇潜在特色资源突出,挖掘和发展不足等问题。因此要充分考虑产业支撑和资源环境承载能力,合理进行小城镇建设;培育壮大城镇支柱产业;鼓励小城镇联合发展;培育城镇特色;增强城镇集聚能力。Small town construction is an effectivevehicle for the county economy. It is also a rapid de velopment basement and an important foundation engine of county economic. There are many problems in the process of small town construction to promote the development of county economic. Led industrial development orientation is not clear and industry chain is short. The distribution of town space is Imbalances and the town function is identical. Town economic development is weak, the scale is small and the aggregate is weak. The funds of infrastructure and public service facilities are shortage and the urban management lags behind.The potential featured resources are prominent.but the excavation and development are Inadequate. Therefore, we should take full account of industry supporting and resources and environment carrying capacity, building small town reasonably. Foster the pillar industries, encouraging the joint development of small towns. Foster town characteristics, enhancing the ability of urban agglomeration.
