摘　　要：由于历史和流派的原因,对于慢性肾脏病蛋白尿的中医认识和治法存在一定的差异,对慢性肾脏病蛋白尿的主要治法进行了梳理,并对从肺论治、从脾论治、从肾论治、从风论治、从湿热论治、从血瘀论治及通络和络法的主要治法及其临床运用进行了评述。There are some differences in TCM cognition and therapies to chronic kidney disease proteinuria as the reasons of history and schools. The authors combed the major TCM therapies for chronic kidney disease proteinuria, and reviewed them and their clinical application from the aspects of treatments based on lung, spleen, kidney, wind, dampness-heat or blood stasis, and therapies of dredging and activating collaterals.
