腹腔镜下髂耻束与凹间韧带缝合缩窄内环口治疗小儿及青少年腹股沟斜疝疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察腹腔镜下髂耻束与凹间韧带缝合缩窄内环口治疗小儿及青少年腹股沟斜疝的疗效。方法收集25例小儿及青少年腹股沟斜疝，采用腹腔镜下疝囊高位结扎加髂耻束与凹间韧带缝合缩窄内环口修补治疗，评价疗效。结果本组25例手术均顺利完成，手术时间（22.6＆#177;5.8）min；并发阴囊血肿2例；随访1个月~3年，随访率92%，未见复发。结论腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎加髂耻束与凹间韧带缝合缩窄内环口修补治疗小儿及青少年腹股沟斜疝，具有安全性佳、创伤小、不易复发的优点。Objective To observe the curative effects of ligating inguinal ring by suturing iliopubic tract to interfoveolar ligament in treating children and teenagers’indirect inguinal hernias with laparoscopic herniorrhaphy. Methods 25 cases of Children and teenagers with indirect inguinal hernias were collected and treated by operation of ligating inguinal ring by suturing iliopubic tract to interfoveolar ligament with laparoscopic herniorrhaphy. We evaluated the curative effects. Results All of the patients accepted the operation successfully. The operative time was （22.6＆#177;5.8） minutes in average. 2 cases of scrotal hematoma were observed. We conducted a fol ow-up （3 months^3 years） with 92%patients were surveyed, there was not any recurrence. Conclusion The operation of ligating inguinal ring by suturing iliopubic tract to interfoveolar ligament in treating children and teenagers’indirect inguinal hernias with laparoscopic herniorrhaphy had better safety, less trauma and recurrence.
