摘　　要：齿轮轴主要用于行星减速器中,又称输入轴,用于联接电动机和减速器中浮动齿套零件,起传递运动和动力作用,其性能的好坏,直接影响到到减速器的质量,因此要对齿轮轴进行合理的热处理与机械加工工艺分析,使其达到优良性能。Gear shaft is mainly used for planetary gear speed reducer, also known as the input shaft, used to connect the motor and reducer in other parts, transfer movement and power, its performance is good or bad, directly affect the quality of the reducer, so should be a reasonable heat treatment and machining process analysis of the gear shaft, so as to achieve excellent performance.
